What are the minimum hardware requirements for accessing Overton?
Web application
While there are no minimum hardware requirements per se for accessing the Overton web application you will need a device capable of running a modern web browser. Official supported browsers are:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Edge
- Safari
- Opera
We support versions of these browsers that are two years old or less, though slightly older versions should still work.
Snapshots
The snapshots are large JSONL files and when uncompressed can take up to 50GB. You should have a hard drive available with at least this amount of space free in order to use them.
